Don Bosco-One TVET Philippines, Inc. (DB1TVET) and The Welding Institute (TWI) have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the scholarship grant for Phase 2 of the South East Asia Skills Enhancement Programme (SEASEP) spearheaded by the Lloyd’s Register Foundation (LRF).
Expanding its reach to serve the marginalized Filipinos, the program leverages international welding certification as a practical tool for economic independence. The targeted training equips individuals from all backgrounds with the necessary skills to secure high-value roles in heavy industries, actively dismantling traditional employment barriers. Through this shared commitment, the partner organizations are creating robust, sustainable career pathways and fostering a highly skilled, inclusive workforce.
